      Outbound MMS flow with Twilio hosted media was degraded for 23 days, 4 hours and 15 minutes between 00:45 Pacific Time on 04/01/2024 and 17:00 Pacific Time on 04/24/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced failures for outbound MMS with Twilio hosted media. The issue has now been resolved.
