      Programmable SMS experienced elevated SMS 21612 errors, where our internal number lookup failed for specific phone numbers in the US and Canada, causing Twilio not to send text messages. This incident lasted from 4:00am PST to 10:24am PST but has been resolved and we have fully recovered.
