We have fully investigated the issue surrounding the creation of custom Twimlets in Twilio Labs, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns.
We are currently experiencing issues with the saving functionality of "My Twimlets" that is affecting a limited set of customers and we are in the process of working on resolving the issue.
If you are unable to save your "My Twimlets" you can use the following workaround to unblock yourself. Above the "Save URL" button in the My Twimlets experience you should see a "Resulting URL" field. That URL will perform the same functionality as the Twimlet you are trying to save and you can use that as a Webhook URL in place of the shortened URL you are trying to save.
