      There is a planned migration starting at 6:00 p.m. PT on 12/11/2019 for 2 hours, which will impact the ability to provision phone numbers and update compliance information for phone numbers. Once the migration completes, provisioning phone numbers and updating / providing regulatory information and documentation will be back to normal.
