We are no longer experiencing issues with API keys & token for IE region. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

After further investigation we determined that sign-up and account creation was not impacted in IE1 region. Pre-existing customers and accounts creation in the IE1 region continued to operate without disruption during the incident. Our engineers have established the impact was limited to API Keys & tokens functionality. We are observing recovery in issues with API Keys & tokens functionality. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
