      Our systems experienced packet loss across multiple regions affecting all Twilio API traffic not limiting to voice. Service was degraded between 23:02 and 23:18 Pacific Time on 02/27/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced some failures on their Twilio API traffic. The issue has now been resolved.
