Investigating

We are experiencing SMS delivery failures for inbound and outbound domestic traffic in Chile — i.e., messages sent from one Chile phone number to another Chile phone numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. Our carrier partner has indicated that the messages are being queued and will be delivered once the issue is resolved. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
