We are no longer experiencing connectivity issues to Programmable Wireless SIMs with ICCIDs beginning with 8901240 in Italy. This incident has been resolved.

Programmable Wireless SIMs with ICCIDs beginning with 8901240 have had 3G and 4G/LTE connectivity restored in Italy and can create new data sessions. We continue to investigate and monitor the issue with the operator partner. We will provide an update in 24 hours or as soon as additional information is available.

Investigating

Beginning around 6:00 PM PST, Programmable Wireless SIMs with ICCIDs beginning with 8901240 in Italy lost connectivity. Most Programmable Wireless SIMs have ICCIDs starting with 8901260 and are not impacted. Our downstream carrier partner is investigating the issue and we will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
