A subset of Twilio Super SIM LTE-enabled devices may have seen new connections fallback to 2G/3G between 17:16 to 17:26 PT Time on 09/29/2020. Also during that time LTE-only-devices may have experienced issues connecting. Active sessions were not impacted. The issue has now been resolved.
