      We are observing signs of recovery in delivering SMS to Oi Brazil handsets. Our engineering team will continue to monitor the service and provide updates when we have confirmed the issue is fully resolved.

      We have observed delays in delivering SMS to Oi Brazil handsets. We are also seeing an impact in the accuracy of message status callbacks as a result. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
