      Our SMS carrier partner in the US is conducting a planned maintenance from 12 November 2019 at 21:00 PST until 13 November 2019 00:00 PST. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from US handsets when sending to or from a subset of US shortcodes. SMS delivery via standard US long codes and toll-free is not going to be impacted.
