Our engineers are currently investigating the customer impact of a retroactive issue with TaskRouter as it was degraded for 1 minutes 20 seconds between 09:12:20 PM and 09:14:00 PM Pacific Time on 12/14/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced 500s on all TaskRouter API. We will continue to monitor the status for system stability and provide customer impact details within 2 hours.
