Our carrier partner in Brazil has confirmed that the issue was their own, and that it was corrected at 6:55 AM PDT. All numbers are operating normally at this time.

At 6:55 AM PDT, incoming calls from our automated monitoring systems began connecting successfully to three affected numbers in Brazil. We are also seeing an increase in production traffic on these numbers. We will continue monitoring.

Our automated monitoring has identified an issue preventing incoming calls from connecting to many of our phone numbers in Brazil. The issue began at 6:10 AM PDT. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
