We are no longer seeing issues related to logging in to Flex via the Twilio Console in the SSO subsection for a small subset of customers. Flex logins and links appear to be operating normally at this time.

We are continuing to monitor the recovery of issues logging in to Flex via the Twilio Console in the SSO subsection for a small subset of customers. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineering teams are currently monitoring the situation and confirmed that SSO login was not impacted.
