We have implemented a fix on the WhatsApp channel for the Verify API, and we no longer are experiencing 63013 errors when sending Verify WhatsApp messages. This incident has been resolved.

The issue causing an increase in error 63013 when using the Verify API with the WhatsApp channel has been identified. Our team is actively working on a fix that is targeted for deployment tomorrow morning Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). We expect to provide another update in 16 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
