"404" errors from Cloudfront for Conversation API calls or increased error rates when trying to connect to Video Rooms has been resolved and programmable video is operating normally at this time.

Update
Due to a third party provider, Conversations and Programmable Video were degraded between 7:53 AM to 9:28 AM Pacific Time on 01/28/2026. During this period, customers may have experienced "404" errors from Cloudfront for Conversation API calls or increased error rates when trying to connect to Video Rooms. The issue has been mitigated, but we are continuing to monitor. We'll provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
