        Video Insights Room Summaries for Rooms Unavailable on Twilio Console

        Resolved

        Twilio Video Insights room summaries for rooms were degraded for 39 hours and 40 minutes between 23:00 on 09/26/2023 and 14:40 on 09/28/2023 Pacific Time. During this period, a subset of video insights room summaries for rooms are not accessible through the Video Insights console dashboard. The issue has now been resolved.
