Programmable Wireless’ downstream carrier partner is conducting extended maintenance beginning at 11:45pm PST on 4/19. It is expected to take 15 hours with an end time of 2:45pm PST on 4/20. You may see Programmable Wireless SIM’s in the ‘updating’ status during this time during which time you will not be able to update the status or Rate Plan. New SIM activations are not impacted. Connectivity of the SIMs should not be impacted. At the end of the maintenance period SIM’s that were in ‘updating’ will revert back to their previous status (e.g. active)
