On August 20 from midnight to 3:00 AM PT, the "address" parameter in the Phone Number Provisioning API will change temporarily from optional to mandatory. During this time window, API calls to provision phone numbers without a valid address outside of the US and Canada will fail. The parameter will permanently change to become mandatory on September 10.
