      Flex /TaskRouter was degraded intermittently for approximately 4 and half hours between 01:30 and 06:00 Pacific Time on 05/13/2022. During this period, customers may have experienced delays when fetching data from TaskRouter, delays in matching Workers to Tasks, and in some instances Outbound calls failed. The issue has now been resolved.
