We are continuing to address the intermittent issues with Flex Insights. The root cause has been traced to a specific vendor-side datacenter outage. While some accounts remain unaffected, others may experience stale data or errors when loading reports. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
