      Our systems experienced packet loss across multiple regions affecting connectivity for Super SIM devices. Service was degraded between 23:02 and 23:18 Pacific Time on 02/27/2021. During this period, customers may have experienced some interruption of their data traffic and devices reconnected. The issue has now been resolved.
