      We are no longer experiencing issues where devices using Super SIM experienced high packet loss for data connectivity. The incident has been resolved.

      We are investigating an issue where devices using Super SIM may have experienced high packet loss for data connectivity. The issue happened between 6:18 AM PT and 6:28 AM PT. We are seeing recovery and are continuing to monitor for service performance. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or sooner once more information becomes available.

      Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with PDN session drop. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
