      Flex Billing API Wrongly Charged Some Customers During Flex Insights Provisioning

      From August 26th to September 3rd, some customers might have had problems with Flex Insights provisioning. During that period customers were able to use Flex insights but may have been incorrectly charged for that usage. We will reach out to the customers who were impacted to adjust their account charges.
