Inbound Message Webhooks were degraded for 1 hour between 04:40 and 05:40 Pacific Time on 11/01/2023. During this period of time customers may have experienced webhooks errors (error code 11205) resulting in failed webhook requests. These errors are visible in Messaging Debug Logs. The issue has now been resolved.
