We determined that that a small number of JS client connection attempts using the IE1 and AU1 home regions were affected between 11:23 PM PDT and 11:28 PM PDT. The issue is resolved, and there is no further impact to customers.

Upon further investigation, we have confirmed that the Voice client is not affected by the ongoing incident. We are actively investigating the issue causing service interruption with JS client calls in the AU1 and IE1 home regions due to authentication errors and will provide another update as soon as possible.
