T-Mobile has confirmed that the intermittent US SMS issue is now fixed. Our internal metrics have recovered to normal levels. We will continue monitoring this situation.
Identified
T-Mobile has identified an intermittent issue sending and receiving SMS messages across all US T-Mobile phone numbers nationwide. We are engaged with our carrier partner to resolve this issue. We will update again within an hour.

We are currently investigating an intermittent issue sending SMS messages from west coast T-Mobile phone numbers including California. Messages sent from affected west coast T-Mobile phone numbers are intermittently not reaching Twilio servers. We are continuing to work with our carrier partner to resolve this issue. We will update again within an hour.
