This scheduled maintenance affects: MESSAGING, PHONE NUMBERS, PROGRAMMABLE VOICE (SIP Interface) and STUDIO.

-Country impacted - Worldwide (Region - US1 directly affected, AU1/IE1 indirectly affected)
[customer experience]:
-There will be a brief general outage of the phone numbers database migration when the old database stops processing old requests and before the new database picks up the new requests.
- There will be delays in regional communication between the databases and other distributed services during the maintenance window. Requests and changes made during this time may not process, or need to be resubmitted, once the maintenance window is completed.
