      Resolved
      Video API was degraded for two intervals less than one minute long between 06:18:38 and 06:18:51 on 09/27/2022 Pacific Time, as well as between 03:21:51 to 03:22:10 Pacific Time on 09/28/2022. During this period, a small subset of customers may have experienced intermittent HTTP 500 errors when calling the API. The issue has now been resolved.
