        Update

        We are experiencing degraded connectivity between Calabrio Teleopti Workforce Management and Flex. This is causing a delay with the delivery of Real-Time Adherence data for a subset of customers. Our engineers have identified the root cause and are working with Calabrio to resolve the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
