Identified

Our Engineers have identified the issues and continue to work towards resolving the inbound SMS delivery delays and outbound Delivery Receipt processing (DLRs). Outbound message delivery for SMS remain unaffected, we'll provide an update when we have new information.

Investigating

We are experiencing inbound SMS delivery delays on some Twilio numbers globally, including long codes and short codes. Delivery receipt processing (DLRs) on some outbound messages is also delayed, however outbound message delivery is not affected. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
