Twilio is performing planned maintenance on the Knowledge Bases service on 22 September 2026 from 17:00 PDT until 19:00 PDT. During the maintenance window, Knowledge Bases cannot be created, updated, or deleted. These requests will return an HTTP 503 response. Existing Knowledge Bases remain fully available for search and retrieval, and Knowledge Source operations are not affected.
Impacted operations: POST /v2/ControlPlane/KnowledgeBases, PATCH/v2/ControlPlane/KnowledgeBases/{kbId} and DELETE/v2/ControlPlane/KnowledgeBases/{kbId}
This applies to all customers in all regions. Customers who need to create, update, or delete a Knowledge Base should complete those changes before 17:00 PDT, or wait until after the window closes. Write access is restored automatically when maintenance completes; no customer action is required.
