Messaging Insights for 10DLC is now operating normally. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update

We are investigating an issue where customers will not be alerted within Messaging Insights of approaching the daily message limit on 10DLC onboarded lines. Customers who have not yet onboarding as a 10DLC will not be impacted. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
