      We are seeing a reduction in the number of new attachment failures. Devices using Super SIMs that were unable to connect during the incident should now be able to. We will continue to monitor and provide another update in 2 hours or once more information becomes available.

      The issue is affecting the SuperSIM devices that are trying to establish new attachments after 11:20 PM PDT (06:20 AM UTC). Devices already connected are not affected.
