      We have been experiencing degraded deliverability of SMS toward Claro network (Brazil), the issue started at 12:30 (GMT+0) and lasted approximately an hour, ended at 13:39 (GMT+0). The issue is now resolved and SMS are delivered normally to Claro network (Brazil).
