We're conducting a planned maintenance in US1 between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm Pacific Time on 03/03/2026. During the maintenance window, the Flex TaskRouter APIs may return 5xx errors for about 1 minute and a delay in reservation creation during the window. Our engineering team will actively monitor system performance throughout and after the maintenance to ensure stable operations.
