We are observing successful inbound SMS delivery when sending to Twilio Colombia short codes for the last 15 minutes. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. It was found that Inbound SMS was delivered but with long delays. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
