Phone Numbers was degraded for 5 minutes between 09:28 and 09:33 Pacific Time on 10/27/2022. During this period, customers may have experienced failures and high latency for the following incoming phone numbers endpoints: list numbers, get instance, release phone number. Also, creation of hosted numbers orders were affected. The issue has now been resolved.
