Twilio will perform scheduled network maintenance in our IE1 region during an 8-hour window from 16 October 2026 at 14:00 PDT to 16 October 2026 at 22:00 PDT.
During this window, customers may experience a brief service interruption of up to 90 seconds affecting the following:
1. Interconnected Customers: Customers interconnected via the IE1 region.
2. Interconnected Voice Carriers: Voice carriers interconnected via IE1.
3. Beepsend SMS: Carriers connected via VPN or TLS through the TNX IE1 internetwork.
Customers interconnected with Twilio exclusively via IE1 will have no workaround during the brief 90-second interruption. Customers configured for failover to DE1 or alternate regions should experience no service disruption, provided automatic failover is enabled on their end.
