We have fully investigated the SMS Delivery Delay towards AT&T and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been reached out individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are experiencing SMS delivery delays to AT&T from a subset of Twilio Short Codes. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve this issue. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
