The issues causing a signalling outage with one of the providers has been resolved and Super SIM Connectivity is operating normally at this time.

Monitoring
Since around 19:00 UTC, signaling traffic from our downstream connectivity partners has returned to normal levels. Any devices that were previously experiencing connectivity issues since earlier today should now be able to reconnect. If you have any devices that continue to experience issues connecting or staying connected, you can try reseting the SIM's connectivity from the Twilio Console or power cycling the device if you have access to it.
We are continuing to monitor the traffic from our downstream partners. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
Around 14:57 UTC, we again lost signaling traffic from our impacted downstream connectivity partner. The impact is currently expected to be limited to 2G and 3G devices or 4G LTE devices that performed combined attachments. 4G LTE devices configured to only connect to the 4G LTE network are not expected to be impacted. Similar to earlier, stationary devices already connected to the network are not expected to have lost connectivity. Super SIMs in devices that are failing to connect or reconnect are expected to fallback to backup IMSIs on the SIMs allowing devices to reconnect using the other IMSIs if coverage is available on network supported by the other IMSIs.

Update
The number of active data sessions has recovered to pre-incident levels. While we are observing devices creating new attachments and connecting, we continue to observe some elevated signaling levels that indicate that our downstream connectivity partner has not fully recovered and there may continue to be impact. We will keep this incident in investigating while we work with them to return to normal levels. We will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
We continue to experience Super SIM connectivity issues causing attachment failures. Beginning at 09:45 UTC, we began to observe elevated signalling traffic from one of our downstream connectivity partners, during which new attachments to cellular networks or handoffs to other towers for non-stationary devices may have experienced issues. Devices that were already connected to a cellular network and had an active data session may not have experienced any impact. At 10:07 UTC, all signalling traffic from the impacted partner was lost. At this point, all new attachments and location updates for devices using IMSIs from the impacted parter were expected to fail. Super SIMs should have begun to fallback to other IMSIs on the SIM if devices were previously using the impacted partner IMSIs and were now failing to connect. We observed an increase in the number of new connections on IMSIs from other partners during this time. At 11:39 UTC, signalling traffic from the impacted partner resumed and new attachments were successful again. However, our engineers are working to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
