We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending messages to multiple networks in the US, including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile via small subset of short codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are observing recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple networks in the US, including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile via small subset of short codes. We are experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple networks in the US, including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile via small subset of short codes. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with outbound DLR delays to Multiple networks in the US, including Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile when sending from Short Codes.
