We have fully investigated the REST API issue. It was degraded for 23 minutes between 6:56 and 7:19 Pacific Time on 08/30/2022. During this period, customers may have experience slowness in SDK connections and 500s on REST API while using Sync and Conversations. The issue has now been resolved.
