We have identified the issue causing MMS and SMS to be delivered to unsubscribed users. This issue impacts a small subset of unsubscribed recipients whose accounts had their unsubscribe lists manually migrated for them. We will be working on deploying a fix within the next few weeks and be resolving this status post due to minimal impact.
