Identified

We’ve identified an issue at one of our infrastructure providers which may potentially result in an increased rate of error for DNS resolution to a subset of Twilio endpoints. Engineering continues to work to resolve the issue. We’ll post another update when we have further information.

Some customers may be having trouble reaching our API. We’re investigating reports customers may be encountering errors when resolving api.twilio.com via DNS. Our Engineering team is investigating the issue. We’ll post an update as soon as we have more information.
