      Between 11:48 and 12:35 (UTC) SMS sent from Twilio UK Mobile numbers to UK handsets failed with Error 30008, due to an operator outage. Traffic from non-UK mobile numbers was not impacted. Our engineers have re-routed traffic and restored service and we are investigating the issue with the operator.
