We are working with our partner to resolve the IBM Watson Speech-to-Text Voice Add-On outages which are causing failures of call recording transcriptions using this add-on. There is no impact to Twilio's native recording transcription nor any other Marketplace add-on for call recordings. We will provide another update as soon as we have additional information.
