      From 11:46:25 AM - 12:00:28 PM PST, service for mobile-terminated MMS messages (MMS messages sent from Twilio) was degraded due to a carrier issue. All messages were delayed for up to 10 minutes. For some Twilio short codes, all MMS messages sent during this period failed. The issue has now been resolved.
