Monitoring
On March 29, 2019 calls to Chinese numbers were blocked in order to comply with Chinese carriers that prohibit certain types of calls such as short duration calls towards their voice networks.
To safely comply with Chinese carrier requirements, we have reviewed voice traffic profiles and as of March 30, 2019 we have started to enable voice traffic that is compliant with the carrier requirements. We are actively monitoring traffic to China and we will provide updates as they become available.
