Outbound (termination) and inbound (DIDs) calls on Goiânia (+5562), Brasília (+5561) and Campo Grande (+5567) in Brazil are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor the service, which is fully operational at this time.

Outbound (termination) and inbound (DIDs) calls on Goiânia (+5562), Brasília (+5561) and Campo Grande (+5567) in Brazil are still experiencing intermittent issues. We are working with our carrier partner to fully resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Outbound (termination) and inbound (DIDs) calls on Goiânia (+5562), Brasília (+5561) and Campo Grande (+5567) in Brazil are now operating normally. Our engineering team continues to monitor while we wait for acknowledgment from the carrier that the issue is fully resolved.

Our carrier partner is currently investigating a network outage affecting outbound (termination) and inbound (DIDs) calls on Goiânia (+5562), Brasília (+5561) and Campo Grande (+5567) in Brasil.
